The short version: Renewly keeps your subscription data on your own device. We don't have accounts, we don't run servers that store your data, and we don't collect, sell, or share your personal information. There's no bank connection and no tracking.
Renewly ("we", "us", "the app") is a subscription tracker that helps you see what you're paying for and reminds you before you're charged. This policy explains how Renewly handles information, and applies to the Renewly iOS app and the website at renewly.appypanel.com.
The Renewly app does not collect personal data. The subscriptions you add — names, prices, renewal dates, optional notes such as a login email or cancellation link — are stored locally on your device. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us or to any third party.
Renewly does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email to use the app, and does not connect to your bank or card.
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
If you purchase Renewly's one-time Lifetime unlock, the payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment information under Apple's Privacy Policy; we never see or store your card details. The website's one-time purchase is processed by Stripe under Stripe's Privacy Policy; we receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded.
If you enable renewal reminders, these are scheduled and delivered locally on your device by iOS. No reminder data leaves your phone.
Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service that gives us aggregate visitor counts (such as page views and country) without identifying individual visitors or storing personal data. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Renewly is rated 4+ and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
Under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have rights over your personal data. Because Renewly stores your data only on your device and we hold no personal data about you on our systems, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or erase on your behalf — you manage it directly in the app.
If we change how Renewly handles information, we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
