Cancel Claude Pro on the web
- Go to the Claude billing settings and sign in with the email you used to subscribe.
- Open the membership, plan or billing section of your account.
- Select Cancel (sometimes hidden behind "Change plan" or "Manage subscription") and follow the confirmation steps — Claude Pro may offer you a pause or a discount first.
- Save the confirmation email or take a screenshot. If you're charged again later, that's your evidence for a refund.
